This superb holiday property near Chwilog, Pwllheli sleeps up to ten people in five bedrooms.
The Barn is a wonderful holiday home in a rural setting near the village of Chwilog, near Pwllheli on the Llyn Peninsula. This unusual accommodation is set over two buildings. The main house has two super king-size doubles, a bunk room and a twin room. It also has a ground floor bathroom, a shower room and a ground floor shower room with utility area. It has a kitchen with breakfast area, and a lovely sitting room with woodburner and dining area. The adjacent cottage is accessed via its super king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room, and spiral steps lead down to the kitchen and sitting room with woodburner and dining area. Outside is ample off road parking, private gardens with lawn, orchard, patio and BBQ area with pizza oven and hot plate, and hard tennis courts but the main attraction must be the large private heated swimming pool with retractable cover. The Barn makes a wonderful base for a special holiday with family or friends.
Accommodation
Oil central heating in both buildings with woodburners in both sitting rooms. Main house: Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine in shower room, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, DVDs and games. Cottage: Electric oven, LPG hob, fridge, TV with Freeview, selection of books. Fuel, power and starter pack for main house woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Please bring own pool and beach towels. Off road parking for 10 cars/watercraft. Heated indoor swimming pool (10m x 4m x 1.2m deep). Large gardens with patio, decking, furniture, BBQ area with pizza oven and gas BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Beach 1.8 miles. Note: Low doorway in cottage, in sitting room/kitchen. Note: Cottage is accessed via the bedroom, and a spiral staircase leads down to the living accommodation. Note: 4pm check in. |

Pwllheli is a market town and resort in Gwynedd, Wales. It is not far from Llanbedrog, Mynytho, Garn Fadryn, Nefyn, and Abersoch and is one of about a hundred towns and villages in Gwynedd in which Go2 has cottages or holidays lets available. The nearest designated cities are Bangor (population 15,280), Newport (population 116,143), and Swansea (which has a population of 169,880 according to the 2001 Census).
Once the site of a Butlins holiday camp nearby, Pwllheli continues to be a popular tourist resort, with two beaches and much to interest the visitor with Snowdonia not far away.
